I finished EotN on my main account and wanted to finish it on my second account so i can 6 hero vanquish and farm rep. pts. in HM. Can the campaign be ran? I remember in the beginning ppl were offering runs through to the end to finish it. Is it still available and how is it done?

You can have a permasin run you to just about any outpost you need, but beyond that I don't think any of the missions are worth trying to run besides A Time for Heroes. It's probably easier and simpler to just do the missions yourself with either H/H, or someone else helping you out.

As for the outposts, all can be ran with permasin (except for the Central Transfer Chamber, you need to do Destruction's Depth to get there).

so can you tag along someone doing the last quest to get to Central Transfer Chamber w/o doing the other quests you end up there?

I'm not sure how this is possible, but I've heard of it being done.

Yes you can join a group that is doing Destruction's Depth and get to the CTC, however you can not complete this mission because you will have not met the requirements to take on the the Great Destroyer. I don't believe you can join up with anyone because it will say that someone in the party does not meet the requirements.
